PIGS

So as some of you know we raised our own pigs. My dad normally does it at his house but he had alot of other stuff to deal with. So we offered to set up the pen at our house. Well, it was time for the slaughter house so my dad borrowed my brother-in-laws truck and trailer to come and get them. As you can tell the truck got stuck in the mud. They were not happy took forever trying. Our neighbor came and helped he brought he tractor and moved the trailer off the truck atleast. So then they decided to go get my other brother in law's tractor since he neighbor one couldn't get the truck out. Well, Trever goes to Tremonton gets the tractor. Comes home moves gravel back there for about an hour or more. Then Comes in they were going to try to get the truck out the next morning. Well, right when Trever was getting in bed. My dad called and asked him to go turn the switch off in the truck. So Trever went outside and tried to drive the truck out of the mood and sure enough. MY MAN got it out after about ten tries. But hey atleast there is gravel to the back now. So then the next day my dad came and got the pigs (we had to reschedule to take them to the slaughter house on Wednesday night instead). My dad made alot of trips for these pigs and he said he wont do another winter pig. I feel bad for him becuase then wednesday (today) he gets to the slaughter house and NOONE is there.. The lady forgot to tell someone that she rescheduled us. So they had to give my dad the combo to do it himself. IM SORRY DAD think of all the MEAT you will get!!! Here are some pictures hope you enough them. Thanks Shawn and Brian for lending your stuff to us, and West for helping too.

I didn't know you raised pigs. Do you have any for sale? I'd love to raise a few, or just buy one or two for meat.
